#Integrations overview
Integrations are managed from Settings, then Integrations. Availability depends on your plan, and Owners or Admins are needed to connect workspace-wide tools.

#Google Calendar
Calendar sync adds your scheduled errands to Google Calendar so you can see them next to your other plans. Each errand appears as an event with its time window, addresses and a link back to the live tracking page.
- Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Google Calendar and choose Connect.
- Sign in and allow access to create events on a calendar of your choice.
- Pick which errands sync: only your own, or all errands in your household or team space.
Updates flow one way, from Errand Machine to your calendar. If a runner is rescheduled or an errand is cancelled, the event updates within a few minutes. Editing the event in Google Calendar does not change the errand.
#Slack
The Slack integration posts errand updates to the channel you choose and lets approvers act on requests without leaving Slack. It's available on Team and Business plans.
- Approvals: approvers receive a message with Approve and Decline buttons and the errand's details.
- Status updates: accepted, en route, delivered and completed messages appear in your chosen channel.
- Alerts: notifications when the team reaches 80% and 100% of the monthly allowance, or a spend cap.
To connect, choose Add to Slack on the integrations page and select a channel. The Slack workspace admin may need to approve the installation. Private channels need the Errand Machine app invited with /invite @Errand Machine.
#Expensify
The Expensify integration sends a receipt for every completed errand that involved spending, so employees don't need to file reimbursements by hand. It's available on Team and Business plans.
- Connect from Settings, then Integrations, then Expensify using your Expensify partner credentials.
- Choose a default category and tag, or map Errand Machine cost centers to Expensify tags.
- Select whether receipts are created as drafts or submitted automatically.
Each receipt includes the errand ID, date, merchant, amount spent, tip and a photo of the store receipt when the runner captured one. Receipts are created within 15 minutes of an errand being confirmed.
#API and CSV export
Team and Business plans include API access for building your own workflows. Create a key in Settings, then Integrations, then API keys. Keys are shown once, so store them securely. Requests are limited to 60 per minute per key.
curl https://api.errandmachine.com/v1/errands?status=completed&limit=20 \

}You can also export all errands as CSV from Reports, filtered by date, member, category or cost center. If you run into trouble connecting a tool, contact support@errandmachine.com and include the integration name and any error message you see.
