Agreement

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Subscriptions

Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Annual plans are billed up front at the discounted rate; unused errands do not convert to cash.

Runners

Runners are independent, background-checked contractors insured through our policy while on an errand.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, access it by means other than the interfaces we provide, or use it to send spam or unlawful content.

Intellectual property

The text, illustrations and design of this site belong to Errand Machine and are protected by copyright. You may share links and short quotations with attribution.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Errand Machine is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Errand Machine is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
