#Plans and pricing
Errand Machine has four plans. Annual billing costs exactly 20% less than monthly, and is shown below as a per-month price. Annual plans are charged as a single payment for the full year.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Annual billing (per month) | Errands / month | Extra errand |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $19 | $15 | 4 | $9 |
| Household | $49 | $39 | 12 | $8 |
| Team | $129 | $103 | 40 | $7 |
| Business | $299 | $239 | 120 | $6 |
Business plans may also be invoiced under a custom annual contract. Contact sales for details.
#Extra errands
If you use all of your monthly allowance, you can keep posting. Additional errands are billed at your plan's extra-errand price: $9 on Starter, $8 on Household, $7 on Team and $6 on Business. Extra errands appear as a separate line on your next invoice.
We send an alert when you have used 80% of your allowance and another when you reach 100%. Owners and Admins can turn extra errands off in Settings, then Billing, then Overage, in which case new errands are blocked once your allowance is used.
#Rollover of unused errands
Unused errands roll over for one month on monthly plans, capped at the size of your monthly allotment. On annual plans, unused errands roll over for up to three months. Rolled-over errands are used first, before the current month's allowance.
| Plan | Monthly allowance | Maximum rollover (monthly plan) |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 4 | 4 |
| Household | 12 | 12 |
| Team | 40 | 40 |
| Business | 120 | 120 |
#Changing your plan
You can upgrade at any time from Settings, then Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we credit the unused portion of your current plan toward the new one. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep the features you've paid for.
- Switching from monthly to annual: takes effect immediately, and the unused monthly time is credited toward the annual payment.
- Seat limits: if you downgrade to a plan with fewer seats, you'll be asked to remove members before the change applies.
- Recurring schedules: if you have more active schedules than your new plan allows, extra schedules are paused until you delete some.
#Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time from Settings, then Billing, in the web app or mobile apps. Your plan stays active through the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Monthly plans: cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Annual plans: you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first annual payment or renewal, provided you've used no more than two errands. After that, annual payments are non-refundable but stay active until the end of the term.
- Failed payments: we retry a failed card up to three times over 7 days and email you each time. Your account is paused if payment still fails.
For invoices, receipts and tax documents, go to Settings, then Billing, then Invoices. Owners and Admins on Team and Business plans can add a billing contact and a purchase-order number to every invoice.
